A. Frankfurt is generally not considered a tourist destination. However, Goethe had a house there that is sometimes open for touring. There are a number of art museums, many of which will have posters here and there about their exhibits, or you can search online in advance. Personally, I found the food there unusually good, although expensive. It's a good city for day-trips. You might want to try and see Heidelberg or Mainz. Trains leave often from the central station (Hauptbahnhof), which is a nice piece of work itself. To be honest, you might be better off popping into a bookstore and checking the travel section.
